Many of us are pretty stuck at our home. Perhaps it is the first time that we have stayed at our houses this long. Obviously most of us might have felt Soooooooooo bored and have tried many things, like rearranging the house furnitures, tried cooking and ofcourse BLOGGING!

As I had said in my previous blog, an introduction about how this series of post will be, this is completely dependent upon you.. readers and your suggestion.

The first item, commonly found in most of our houses, that I am going to remark about will be TV!!!!

How beautiful and harmless does it look??๐Ÿ˜€

Wow!! It’s rectangular in shape… Displaying videos.. pretty much a good thing to eradicate our boredom!. Let’s see how it works in our houses!

For starters… Ummm.. That thing is hell sometimes!!!! It makes me go crazy!! Especially during the rains.. not to say about the stormy climate!!!๐Ÿค

For instance.. 1. my TV takes a lotttttttt of time to start, and there’s this unique way of showing that it’s LOADING! There are some stupid random symbols, jumping like in a trampoline… God!! It’s crazy!! (Confession : even I used to jump along with it in the beginning)

2. Whenever I am seeing an interesting thing.. right then.. I mean exactly at that time.. it gets stuck!! It stops completely!! Then I have to start over again, and probably by then, the programme might have ended!

Okay now about the horrible thing, that comes as a complimentary gift when you buy a TV.. the remote! The thing that ditches us most of the time..

Have anyone here had used that rectangular shaped devil as a phone (cell phone) when you were young? I have!! I had always thought that the purpose of that thing was to make calls that never get answered!

Now.. if you live in a family… (Exit bachelors who live alone), where you have a lot of members (even three is okay.. to relate to this)..TV is a luxury.. that depend upon nothing but luck. If you are lucky, then you will be able to watch it for atleast 5min before someone comes running towards you with a spear, jumping upon you to grab that devil in your hands.. and you?? You’d do anything to not give anyone that!!

If not me, then no one gets it at all!!๐Ÿ˜

Quite sure that the character of the Programme that you were watching is pitying you!

And then the ‘problem – solver’ comes… And solves everything.. and will keep you guys at a distance. But you will be too late to realise that it’s gone! The crooked solver snatched the remote from you.. Now there’s three people involved. Who wouldn’t want peace..?? So here comes the ‘Peace – maker’, who makes you wonder “where did this person come from?” But by then it’s already gone! What? The remote, ofcourse!!

The fight is going nowhere, and endlessly! You need to make a compromise!! So the ‘compromise maker’ comes in a swish, and makes a wonderful compromise.. “everyone return to their rooms and do their work! Don’t you have work to do? You guys are watching the TV 24*7. Give it a rest!! Right now!!”

Assembly dispersed!!

And then the cunning compromise maker, watches the TV, with peace โ˜ฎ๏ธ! END OF STORY!

you guys might have predicted the characters.. It all began with you, then the man with the spear – your sibling ofcourse!!, Here comes the “Problem solver” of the family – The Dad! , And the peace – maker – Momma!!๐Ÿ˜˜, Don’t you forget the “compromise-maker” – ft. Granny! (Grand parents!!)

The Royalty

If you guys have ever experienced the above story, then it’s quite sure you have dreamed a life without it… A life with you, your TV (and the remote), and a comfy Couch!! I know you would kill for that!! That’s Royalty!! For a commoner!

Corona changes

These days, the story doesn’t work!! Everyone stays at a distance, and there’s only one channel that’s works : News channel. No other opinions, no fights. Peace and calm. Which is ABSURD !!!!!!! and strange in my home.

For guys who haven’t had a fight upon TV, then you haven’t really lived your life!! That’s a major part of it, believe me !

The one things that annoys me about TV (among all the other things mentioned above) is the

Though they don’t have any voice, I can hear them scornfully telling me that awful and annoying dialogue, when you finally manage to win the remote from others! Bad fate, Remember?

What’s the one thing that annoys you about TV? Pls drop your answers in the comment section. And don’t forget to drop in your suggestion about my next topic!

  2. ๐Ÿ˜‚ Ok this was very funny and enjoyable. It reminded me of childhood. I think your tv likes to play games with you just to annoy you.
My tv also plays one game. Everytime we turn on tv, it will start with full volume and we would be like…what? It feels like electric shock and we would rush to turn down the volume before the whole floor gathers at my house!๐Ÿ˜‚ So that was the annoying thing about ,y tv.
Yes you are so right that after corona, everyone is watching news as if they are messengers of god๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿคฃ

      1. How about a window?
Since we are locked up at home, our only contact to the outer world is a window or a balcony.
So how do you view a window? Did you play with your windows as a child? How do you view it now?
You can take window and/or balcony as per your choice and interesting stories that you have!๐Ÿ˜€

  3. When you accidentally press a button on the main remote, and then youโ€™re startled with some static noise? I freaked out about that several times(when youโ€™re super sleepy or are engrossed with something, you know?)

  4. You just took me back to those days when I used to fight with every other person in the house for the remote. And I always got the privilege, being the youngest of all to watch my favourites and to win over the other in our fights๐Ÿ˜‚

      1. As a child, being the youngest, I always wanted to grow up and be matured so that others treat me like an adult but never did that happen coz I remained the youngest no matter how matured is the adult in me. ๐Ÿ˜‚
It is my pleasure reading your posts dear. No wonder you are a great blogger๐Ÿ’I really liked your post on shopping at malls and I think you can try something related to that for example going out for a picnic or movie etc.
